What we collect
When you request a quote, you tell us your name, email address, phone number, the address where the work would be done, which services you're interested in, any details you add, and optionally photos of the area. We also record which page or ad brought you here, so we can tell which advertising is worth keeping.
Photos you upload are stored privately and are only reachable through a private link we keep for about a year, so the right people can look at your project before the visit.
Who receives it
Your request goes to the Courtesy Screening team so we can call or text you back and prepare your estimate. It is sent through our quote-automation service, which passes your answers along to us and keeps a record of the request. We do not sell your contact details to anyone.
Advertising measurement
We run ads on Google Ads. When someone submits a quote request, this site reports to Google that a request happened — along with the page they were on — so we can see which ads and search terms produce real enquiries. Google may associate that with a cookie or its own signed-in signals.
This measurement is used for two purposes: counting results (reporting) and improving which ads Google shows you (ad optimization). The advertising code loads on the confirmation page you see after submitting a quote request, and only for visitors browsing from the United States — anyone outside the country is never loaded with it, and no consent pop-up is shown anywhere on this site.
If you'd rather not be measured, you can opt out of personalised advertising in Google's Ads Settings (https://adssettings.google.com), or clear this site's cookies in your browser settings.
Marketing messages
Email and text marketing are separate from the quote itself and only happen if you ticked the box for them. Your quote request is handled either way. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in an email.

To see what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or have it removed, call us on (386) 793-2815, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm EST, or send the details through the quote form and mention your request.
